Capital One - Customer Case Study

Capital One, a financial services company focused on fostering a culture of belonging, wanted a bold, public expression of its commitment to inclusion for Pride. To bring that vision to life, Capital One partnered with Freeman for Exhibits & Environments services to create a Pride movement installation for in-person events.

Freeman outfitted Capital One’s New York City and Washington, D.C. windows with more than 500 feet of customized, multi-colored LED lights and illustrated messages like “A proud welcome” and “Proud together.” The installations generated strong social media visibility and community engagement—served as a popular photo backdrop and attracted supporters and public figures—amplifying Capital One’s inclusion message.
