Working with Freeman, the company set out to create a digital destination that would be interactive, trackable, and human-centric, replacing its planned 2020 and 2021 events with a custom virtual experience.

Freeman built a fully customized immersive virtual headquarters (vHQ) modeled after Dell Technologies campuses, with virtual hosts, guided tours, content hubs, webinars, 1:1 meeting pathways, and lead capture tools. The evergreen platform delivered strong measurable results, including 500% growth in customer traffic, a 295% increase in sales-ready leads, 70% of sales teams using the platform as a conversation starter, and 68% of visitors taking one of the tours offered.
