Using Freelo, the team utilized templates to quickly create new projects and shared tasks to collaborate efficiently, even with external speakers who did not have Freelo accounts. The solution provided a clear and intuitive application that was accessible anywhere. As a result, the organizer noted he no longer has to remember everything and that the team has managed 46 projects within the platform. The measurable impact includes the creation of 828 tasks and over 500 comments, bringing structure to their workflow. Freelo provided the central hub for all their organizational needs.
