How Talentwork manages projects more efficiently and without communication noise thanks to Freelo

Talentwork, a 24-member team focused on developing the potential and talents of individuals, teams, and companies, needed a better way to manage growing volumes of work as emails, spreadsheets, and checklists stopped being enough. As remote work and cross-team coordination increased, the company needed a simpler, more visible system for assigning tasks and keeping communication organized, so it turned to Freelo.

Freelo helped Talentwork centralize orders, internal projects, and departmental work in one place, with everyone trained to use tasks and discussions directly in the tool. This reduced communication noise, improved visibility for management, eliminated the need for micromanagement, and made meetings faster and more substantive. With Freelo, Talentwork has completed 2,200 tasks across 42 projects, while also reporting 6,800+ comments and 6,000+ total tasks managed in the system.
