How FotoSkoda uses Freelo to organize hundreds of workshops, marketing management and communication with external specialists

FotoSkoda, a Czech photo equipment retailer that also organizes exhibitions, workshops, and a major photo festival, needed a better way to coordinate its internal and external teams. As its marketing activities grew and email, phone calls, and meetings became overwhelming, the company turned to Freelo to manage projects, tasks, and communication in one place.

With Freelo, FotoSkoda organized short-term festival projects and long-term operations, using the app for ideas, meetings, web updates, knowledge base materials, product launches, and recruitment. The result was much clearer collaboration for 54 active users across 16 projects, more than 6,500 completed tasks and 22,000 comments, and a 90-hour reduction in festival preparation time, equal to 11 working days.
