Free Range designed and began development on a new, unified application intake system called "ONE APP." This solution automated course recommendations based on an applicant's qualifications and created a centralized student profile to streamline future applications. The new system, which integrates with HubSpot and their main app, was designed to significantly improve the user experience, reduce manual operations, and promote multiple applications from past users.
