Rosenthal & Rosenthal, a New York–based factoring and finance firm handling more than six million invoices a year, faced a cash-application bottleneck with roughly one-third of payments processed manually—creating overtime, slowed turnaround, and pressure to hire seasonal staff. To address this, Rosenthal engaged Fraxion to evaluate and deploy RPA bots to automate remittance processing and payment matching.

Fraxion implemented RPA bots that capture remittance data from emails and payer websites, match funds to wire reports, and deliver an electronic monthly report, replacing the prior manual workflow in about four months. The automation eliminated manual matching, sped up client fund availability, reduced payroll and overtime needs (avoiding extra hires during busy periods), and improved staff morale and customer satisfaction.
