Network FOB, a growing freight forwarder, needed to streamline paper-based back-office work, enable remote employees, and support its QuickPay financing without maintaining on-site scanners, software and extra salaried staff. To address these challenges, Network FOB turned to Fraxion and deployed Fraxion’s Document Management, Payables and Receivables solutions to centralize scanning, securely archive documents, and allow remote access to critical information.
Fraxion implemented a centralized archive, automated document capture and match-comparison, prioritized task queues and self-service intake, enabling remote agency support specialists to process higher volumes efficiently. The result was faster QuickPay reconciliation, daily settlements for agents, increased sales per agent and the ability to recruit more agents and truckers—helping Network FOB grow from roughly $15 million to over $100 million in revenue while keeping full-time back-office headcount low.
