Foley Family Wines, a Sonoma-based portfolio of 25+ wineries and spirits brands, was struggling with inefficient, manual accounting and receivables processes after rapid acquisitions. Remote sales and customer service teams were overloaded with manual cash application and credit memo workflows, causing payment-to-invoice mismatches with its network of 200+ distributors. To address this, Foley Family Wines engaged Fraxion to deploy its AI agents and receivables/procure-to-pay automation.
Fraxion implemented an automated credit and deduction routing solution—digitizing approvals, routing coding to sales staff, and integrating approved memos via file exchange into FFW’s WIMS—allowing credit memos to be posted before payments arrived. The Fraxion rollout reduced manual entry and approval time, improved cash application and reconciliation, strengthened distributor relationships, and created a scalable, repeatable process for future acquisitions while freeing staff to focus on higher‑value work.
