How Booking.com Uses Framer X To Design with Data

Booking.com, the data-driven travel platform with 29 million listings across 227 countries and a 17,500‑person workforce, needed a scalable way to consider real data and content early in design while maintaining parity with development and consistency across global teams. To solve this, they adopted Framer—specifically Framer X—to move A/B testing and data-driven decisions into the design phase rather than leaving them until development.

Framer delivered a solution using the Framer X Team Store to host Booking.com’s design-system packages, Framer X’s API connections to pull live Booking API data into prototypes, and Framer Bridge to sync React production components with designers. The outcome was standardized, production‑connected components available across timezones, designers able to test with real listings and maps during user research, and much closer designer‑developer collaboration—providing a single source of truth for Booking.com’s global product teams.
