Case Study: Deliveroo streamlines design workflow and prototyping with Framer

An honest look at how our design team is incorporating Framer into our workflow

Deliveroo, a fast‑growing food delivery platform operating across 12 countries and supported by a nearly 20‑person design team, needed to improve efficiency and collaboration as its product scope and team size expanded. To modernize prototyping and bridge varied designer skillsets, Deliveroo adopted Framer (Framer Enterprise) to standardize interactions and streamline how teams explore and communicate design solutions.

Framer was introduced with an on‑site workshop from Framer UX engineers and has been used in the first month to build prototypes for live projects—including a rebuilt restaurant list wired with live data—and to produce a CTO‑requested prototype for a tricky product problem. Early results include tangible team buy‑in, faster, higher‑fidelity prototyping, and a concrete foundation for sharing code, version control and scaling workflows as Deliveroo grows; Framer enabled measurable progress such as live‑data prototypes and cross‑team adoption within weeks.
