Bayer, a global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, needed a custom ecommerce solution to support online training sales across multiple regions. Their challenge included integrating with their LMS for course provisioning, handling multiple currencies, languages, and payment methods across APAC and the EU, and meeting strict privacy, security, and SAP integration requirements. Foxy provided the ecommerce foundation for this complex rollout.

Using Foxy’s Enterprise Plan, Bayer implemented a custom serverless integration for SAML-based SSO and API-based LMS provisioning, along with custom SAP exports and multilingual, multi-currency, multi-gateway functionality. The result was a flexible solution tailored to Bayer’s highly specific requirements, with Foxy delivering world-class support that made the process far easier than expected and enabled Bayer’s training commerce program to expand from APAC into the EU.
