Voith Switches to Foxit Pdf Editor Pro for Pdf Editing

Voith, a global technology company with more than 20,000 employees in over 60 countries, relies on PDF workflows across sales, engineering, customs and patents. When their PDF vendor contract came up for renewal they needed a more cost-effective yet powerful editor that met strict requirements (3D viewing, portfolios, digital signatures, accurate PDF→Word/PowerPoint conversion, SCCM deployment, Citrix/terminal-server support and multilingual UI), so IT ran a structured test of alternatives.

After a three-stage trial and close support from Foxit, Voith chose Foxit PDF Editor Pro and rolled it out to roughly 3,900 users worldwide. The deployment—distributed via SCCM and validated for Citrix—unified users on the Pro edition, improved conversion and advanced features, reduced licensing complexity and administrative effort, delivered cost savings, and enabled ongoing collaboration with Foxit (for example, DocuSign SSO in v11).
