Meredith Connell, New Zealand’s largest litigation firm founded in 1922, was struggling with rising workloads from large, hyperlinked electronic bundles. Adobe Acrobat DC was costly and didn’t integrate well with the firm’s Citrix environment, leaving only a few licensed staff to handle time-sensitive tasks and creating workflow bottlenecks.

The firm trialed Foxit PhantomPDF, extended the pilot, then purchased 225 licenses after Foxit delivered fast, attentive support and iManage integration. Since going live in April 2018 the team has processed and saved over 120,000 PDFs, gained features like Bates numbering that save days per bundle, and eliminated previous workflow delays.
