The Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) is leading the transformation of the historic Diriyah area into a world-class destination, supporting some 2,000 employees across preservation, development and operations. DGDA needed an affordable, easy-to-use PDF editor with both English and adaptable Arabic support to speed daily workflows, so its applications and solutions team partnered with Orbit Middle East to find and implement the right tool.

Orbit introduced Foxit PDF Editor and, together with Foxit, rolled out a two-tiered implementation and support plan starting with 25 licenses and scaling to more than 1,000 users. The solution delivered cost savings versus competitors, bilingual usability, smoother collaboration, stronger document security and measurable productivity gains, and DGDA now plans to add Foxit eSign to further streamline approvals.
