Goodfellow Bros., Inc. (GBI), a 90‑year family-owned construction firm, needed a better way to manage large PDF documents across corporate offices and remote construction sites. They required a cost‑effective, easy‑to‑deploy solution that handled scanned and partner PDFs (including PDF/E), performed well over WAN and mobile connections, and supported a company-wide move to a paperless workflow with minimal disruption.

GBI implemented Foxit Reader, Foxit PhantomPDF and Foxit Mobile—using PhantomPDF’s page panel for drag‑and‑drop editing—and rolled out role‑based training (basic, intermediate, advanced). The lightweight solution integrated with existing files, sped up open/edit times, simplified deployment and migration, reduced operational costs, and became the company standard for scanning, creating, modifying, organizing and compressing PDFs.
