1st Summit Bank, a regional bank with 16 locations and more than 200 employees, struggled to digitize roughly 75 fillable forms. Their new Synergy imaging system lacked straightforward data capture, and Adobe’s barcoding required Acrobat Pro licenses (an estimated $150,000), forcing staff to scan and manually key data and leaving the booking department about two months behind.
