FourthLine worked with a large life insurer based in London that had recently gone through a Risk Management restructure after a senior hire. As the second line grew and new roles were created, the insurer needed help hiring a Senior Risk Analyst with the right technical expertise and cultural fit.

FourthLine met with the new Chief Risk Officer to understand the vision for the risk function, define the key skills needed, and target suitable candidates from the insurance market. After an initial shortlist and ongoing market feedback over several weeks, FourthLine successfully placed the role; the selected candidate completed three interview stages in two weeks and was due to start in April 2018.
