KeHE Distributors, LLC, one of North America’s largest pure-play food distributors serving 30,000+ retail locations from 16 distribution centers, faced slow, manual tracking that required a multi-step relay of phone calls among Sales, Customer Care and Transportation. In mid-2020 KeHE selected FourKites to provide real-time supply chain visibility and customizable automated notifications to simplify communications and protect tight service-level commitments for fresh, organic and specialty products.
FourKites implemented its Dynamic ETA® platform and automated notifications (Departed Pickup, ETA Alerts, Delivered), using predictive, AI-augmented ETAs and shipment-level masking to protect sensitive load details.
