NTT DATA faced the challenge of weakening disaster response systems due to intensifying natural disasters, analog information-gathering methods, and low adoption rates of existing prevention apps. To address this, they partnered with Fourdigit to develop a comprehensive disaster support service, D-Resilio, aiming to create a seamless network for all phases of disaster management.

Fourdigit conducted extensive research, including nationwide surveys and fieldwork with residents, to design a nationally acceptable service. They refined the concept through user feedback, achieving a 37.8% solution acceptance rate in surveys, and explored integration points with over zero partner companies to ensure sustainable service provision. The vendor also conducted research for overseas expansion in five Southeast Asian countries to fulfill global social responsibility.

NTT Data
