Pax8, a fast-growing cloud distribution company, faced the challenge of scaling quickly while improving performance management and reinforcing company culture. As its workforce expanded from 23 to more than 300 employees in 2.5 years, Pax8 needed a modern employee communications and sales performance solution. Four Winds Interactive, then part of Poppulo, was selected to support these goals.
Four Winds Interactive implemented digital signage using KPI applications, Poppulo ENGAGE, and Communication Engagement Management (CEM) services to deliver real-time sales metrics and employee communications across Pax8’s workplace. The rollout improved alignment and engagement, and Pax8 is now expanding the network with additional ticketing, KPI, and employee engagement screens to support continued growth.
