Island Resort & Casino, one of the Midwest’s largest golf, casino, and entertainment destinations, was using multiple digital signage systems across its casino floor, food and beverage outlets, and virtual concierge kiosks. This created constant challenges with content updates, technical complexity, and inconsistent support, making it hard for staff to keep messaging current and scale the network efficiently. Four Winds Interactive was brought in to help consolidate the property’s signage environment.
Four Winds Interactive implemented FWI Cloud as the resort’s main digital signage platform, streamlining content, device, and user management across the property. The result was faster content deployment, easier support for multiple departments, and live screenshots that eliminated the need for staff to walk the floor to verify screens. With a short training session, Island Resort & Casino gained a more scalable, confident way to manage its growing signage network and expand future applications.
