Stitch Fix customizes and automates hiring to get workers in the door faster

Stitch Fix, a national ecommerce and fulfillment operator, needed to rapidly scale warehouse hiring while reducing manual, time-consuming recruitment steps. To pilot a high-volume hiring solution, Stitch Fix enrolled in Fountain’s Proof of Concept Program and tested Fountain’s hiring platform, including dynamic workflows, automated scheduling and SMS candidate communication.

Fountain implemented customizable, drag-and-drop workflows, automated applicant routing and scheduling, and integrated communications that preserved recruiter touchpoints while reducing manual work. As a result, Fountain helped Stitch Fix cut median days-to-hire from nearly three weeks to 9.16 days and lift applicant-to-day-one conversion from 68% to 95% (a roughly 40% relative increase), enabling faster scaling and smoother launches in new markets.
