How Turas Group, a staffing agency, introduced modern hiring technology to better serve their franchisee clients

Turas Group is a staffing agency that recruits for franchisees of top restaurant brands, including more than 20 Chick-fil-A locations. Faced with incoming applicants spread across each franchisee’s ATS, Turas Group lacked a single source of truth and was forced to track and follow up manually, producing slow, inefficient workflows and time-to-offer delays of up to two weeks. In August 2018 they partnered with Fountain to modernize and automate their hiring process.

Turas Group implemented Fountain’s hiring software to aggregate applicant data into one dashboard and automate candidate outreach (including SMS). With Fountain, they implemented in two weeks, engaged over 10,000 applicants, filled more than 200 positions in four months, reduced average time-to-offer from two weeks to three days, and achieved an applicant-to-recruiter ratio of roughly 1600:1.
