How Cabify Recruits, Screens, and Educates a Global Workforce of Dedicated Professional Drivers

Cabify, the Madrid-based ride-hailing company, needed to scale rapidly without sacrificing its high standards for driver quality and onboarding. Long, high-touch processes (training once took up to 16 hours and onboarding could take 25 days) made growth and retention difficult, so Cabify turned to Fountain’s hiring software — leveraging Funnels, Automations and integrations to solve those challenges.

Working with Fountain, Cabify built a custom, data-driven hiring workflow that introduced online driver training (via Northpass), automated multi-touch screening, and managed 160+ hiring funnels from a single dashboard. The results: time-to-activation fell from 25 days to 4 days, total hires grew 253%, applicants and activations rose dramatically, and Cabify gained the scalability and control to expand without lowering quality — all powered by Fountain.
