Clearwave launches intentbased personalization

Clearwave, a patient engagement platform, needed to boost brand awareness cost-effectively, shorten long sales cycles, and deliver personalized experiences that addressed buyers’ unique challenges. To get real-time buyer signals and understand which messages and ads resonated, Clearwave partnered with Foundry and adopted Foundry’s ABM platform—leveraging intent data, web personalization, and a Salesforce integration to surface purchase intent and engagement insights.

Foundry implemented intent-based personalization, pulled Salesforce audiences to build customized buyer journeys, and provided on-demand Foundry dashboards and push notifications to give BDRs and AEs account-level visibility (revisits, competitor interest, and hot accounts). As a result, Clearwave refined its ICPs and buyer profiles, aligned sales and marketing more closely, and achieved a 20% reduction in time to close.
