PPMI Construction Company Finds the Right Fit

PPMI Construction Company, an Indiana pipe-trades contractor with 30+ years of experience across multiple regions and trades, was stuck on a non‑construction accounting system that forced many manual processes. After their vendor was acquired and their product discontinued, PPMI evaluated alternatives but found popular packages didn’t match their workflows, so they continued searching for a better fit.

PPMI selected FOUNDATION, signed in late September and went live by January 1 with hands‑on training and setup support. The new system automated bank reconciliations, billings, invoice routing and document imaging, cut time-and-material billing to about one-quarter of the previous effort, and enabled live, customizable job-cost reporting—freeing staff time and improving accuracy. PPMI has used FOUNDATION for nearly 15 years, adding modules as they’ve grown.
