Foundant Technologies configured Foundant GLM to mirror the foundation’s paper form, enabling applicants to apply online and reviewers to access applications and add or read comments anytime. The result was a more streamlined process with improved board clarity and a user-friendly applicant experience, noticeably reducing paperwork, one-on-one communications and email volume while speeding and making reviews more transparent; ScanSource Charitable Foundation will continue using Foundant to further streamline reporting.
