N1 Lounges improved marketing channel performance and saved 8% of their marketing budget

No1 Lounges, an award-winning airport lounge operator, needed to reduce PPC spend, understand the lifetime value (LTV) of new customers, and accurately assess the value of each marketing channel. Fospha was engaged to address these challenges, building an agile bespoke Customer Data Platform (CDP), deploying web tags and delivering Data‑Driven Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) and consultancy to consolidate fragmented data and trace customer journeys.

Using Fospha’s CDP, MTA reports and tools (including the Zero Performance Keyword and Budget Planner) plus integration with Kenshoo, Fospha identified that affiliate marketing was being overvalued and recommended reallocating spend to higher-performing channels and optimizing bids. As a result, No1 Lounges reduced keyword spend to save 8% of their marketing budget and cut Year‑on‑Year affiliate marketing spend by 27% by trimming voucher-code investment, while Kenshoo integration freed the PPC team to focus on strategy and creative analysis.
