Case Study: Liberis achieves £88k revenue uplift and improved paid-search ROI with Fospha

A Fospha Case Study

Preview of the Liberis Case Study

Liberis built a data-driven marketing strategy and increased revenue by £88,000

Liberis, an award‑winning business finance provider that has supported over 10,000 small businesses with more than £300m in funding, needed greater visibility into its digital customer journey and an accurate way to assess the value of each marketing channel to optimise cross‑channel spending. Fospha was engaged to deliver a data‑driven solution, including web tagging, a bespoke Customer Data Platform (CDP) and a Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) model to surface granular channel and keyword insights.

Fospha implemented web tags, combined online behaviour with offline sales and CRM data in the custom CDP, and applied its MTA algorithm to assign accurate credit to keywords and channels. Those insights let Liberis redistribute paid search spend toward higher‑performing keywords, improving paid search performance and ROI — a shift that generated an additional £88k in revenue for Liberis.
