Dickinson College partnered with FOS of CannonDesign after realizing its existing athletic facility could no longer meet the expectations of a growing student population. FOS performed a facility condition assessment (FCA) to evaluate the building, which was ultimately considered a candidate for divestment, prompting Dickinson to plan for a new, state-of-the-art athletic facility.

FOS of CannonDesign then supported Dickinson College with a campus-wide assessment covering 120 facilities and 1.7 million square feet. The team delivered a detailed, prioritized capital implementation plan to guide short- and long-term campus decisions, including whether to build new residence halls or invest in existing buildings, helping Dickinson make more proactive and actionable planning decisions.
