Denver Public Schools needed a detailed, high-quality facility condition assessment across more than 16 million square feet to better understand capital needs and support long-term planning. They partnered with FOS of CannonDesign to deliver a comprehensive facility condition assessment, commissioning, and capital planning effort.

FOS of CannonDesign assessed building components at the equipment level, inventoried and tagged assets, used thermal imaging, reviewed site and civil systems, and retro-commissioned mechanical equipment. The results were integrated into DPS’s TRIRIGA capital asset management platform, and the district later reengaged FOS for an ongoing FCA Program to keep data current for capital planning, maintenance, and future bond planning. The project covered 16+ million BGSF and 350 assets, and DPS reported 100% client satisfaction.
