Cherry Creek School District partnered with FOS of CannonDesign in 2019 to address the needs of a steadily growing and diversifying student population while maintaining equitable conditions across older schools in the district. The district needed a districtwide assessment and facilities master plan that could inform long-range capital planning and a near-term bond strategy.

FOS of CannonDesign delivered an integrated solution that combined a facility condition assessment, educational specifications, educational adequacy assessment, technical specifications, and a comprehensive master plan. Using data-driven workshops and stakeholder engagement, FOS helped Cherry Creek School District prioritize upgrades and create flexible learning spaces, ultimately supporting a successful $150 million bond referendum that passed with more than 70% voter support.
