Charlotte County partnered with **FOS of CannonDesign** to support capital asset planning for its municipal facility portfolio. The county needed a comprehensive understanding of the condition of its buildings and sites across **115 facilities**, so it could prioritize investments in a cost-effective way and better support its public works mission.

**FOS of CannonDesign** performed a detailed facility condition assessment using **FOScore®**, evaluating major building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and site systems. The vendor built a component-level asset condition database and delivered projects and capital plans to guide strategic investment decisions. As a result, Charlotte County became a **FOScore® subscriber** to keep its portfolio updated based on completed work orders and observed asset conditions, covering **1.76 million SF**.
