Allegheny Health Network completes a 7-campus, 57-building facility assessment with FOS of CannonDesign

Allegheny Health Network (AHN), a non-profit academic medical system, required a comprehensive facility condition assessment program to plan for deferred infrastructure maintenance across its extensive network of hospitals. FOS of CannonDesign was brought in to provide a pilot assessment to address this challenge.

FOS of CannonDesign successfully executed a complex pilot assessment across multiple campuses, which included facility, equipment, interior, and clinical condition assessments. They also tagged over 3,000 assets to populate AHN's Archibus platform. As a direct result of this successful pilot, FOS of CannonDesign was awarded a contract for a 10-year FCAP, enabling AHN to understand its deferred maintenance needs and plan the necessary capital funding.
