Forward Networks worked with a Fortune 500 financial company that was struggling to diagnose network issues, limit outage impact, prevent problems before they affected users, and speed up resolution across a complex environment. The company needed better visibility into failed tickets and network changes, and Forward Enterprise was evaluated as the product used to help address those operational challenges.

Forward Networks’ Forward Enterprise platform, including search, path analysis, NQE checks, diff analysis, and ACL/NAT prediction, was shown to have helped in many of the company’s 200 failed tickets and changes. Forward Networks found that 75% of the tickets would have been assisted by Forward Enterprise, with especially strong value in resolution (89%, 129 tickets), detection (61%, 88 tickets), mitigation (65%, 65 tickets), and prevention (68%, 99 tickets), helping improve reliability and shorten time to resolution.
