Starbucks partnered with Forward Agency to launch Starbucks by Nespresso in Australia, introducing Starbucks coffee capsules in supermarkets for the first time. The challenge was to quickly build strong, positive awareness and make the new range stand out as a quality coffee choice for Australian coffee drinkers.

Forward Agency responded with bespoke coffee masterclasses led by celebrity chef Poh Ling Yeow, designed for Instagram Stories and amplified by media, influencers, and micro-influencers. The campaign delivered 261 Instagram clips generating over 15 million social OTS in the first 24 hours, plus 47 more clips and 4.7 million additional OTS over the following six weeks, along with 620,000+ engagements and double the average market share for a new product in the first three months.
