The SEIU-UHW & Joint Employer Education Fund, a partnership providing career services to healthcare workers, faced a challenge in reaching its over 100,000 eligible members, with only 10% utilizing its educational benefits. Forum One developed a three-year digital roadmap and strategic plan for the Education Fund. The solution included a Salesforce CRM, data analysis tools, and updated content strategies to better capture and facilitate learner interactions. As a result, the Fund can now concretely show that employees who receive training get significant wage increases, which has successfully helped them renew bargaining agreements with unions.
