Fortra implemented Webdocs so Realstar Title could scan, store, search, and share closing documents electronically through a web browser, with built-in workflow automation and hosting on Fortra’s secure server. The result was faster access to files from any location, minimal training, reduced IT and storage costs, and fewer lost documents. Realstar also cut average closing file size from 100 pages to 10 and reduced storage space by nearly 65%, helping the company deliver faster, easier closings and improve competitiveness.
