SunGard Public Sector, a provider of software and hosted IT services for local governments and public agencies, needed a more intuitive, platform-agnostic systems management solution to support a growing customer base, automate hardware and software management, optimize scarce technical resources, and enable 24/7 monitoring without on-site staff.
