Meridian selected Halcyon’s Systems Operations Suite (Level 2) — including the Enterprise Console GUI, SLA reporting and Performance Analyzer — and deployed it in days using prebuilt monitoring templates. The solution centralized alerts and reporting, made multi-platform administration simple (even for non-IBM i staff), reduced risk by catching issues early, and enabled Meridian to quickly deliver monitoring and automation services to new clients while also reselling Halcyon’s software.
