Fortra Vulnerability Management Helps Investors Bank Enhance Their Information Security Posture

Investors Bank, a regional bank founded in 1926 with over 145 branches in New Jersey and New York, needed to strengthen its information security beyond baseline compliance. Facing rapidly evolving threats, the bank struggled with managing large volumes of security data, prioritizing the highest risks for remediation, and clearly communicating its security posture to executives, auditors and the FDIC while meeting internal remediation SLAs.

To address this, Investors Bank continued using Digital Defense’s Frontline Vulnerability Manager (Frontline VM/Frontline.Cloud) to centralize vulnerability discovery, automated prioritization, tracking and remediation guidance. The platform streamlined risk reporting and workflows, helping the bank raise its Frontline Security GPA from a C‑ to an A‑, earn industry recognition and NCSAM honors, and present a more favorable, auditor-ready security posture.
