PSCU Financial Services, the largest credit union service organization in the U.S., supports more than 1,300 financial institutions with payment processing and 24x7 contact centers. The company faced heavy IT overhead from repetitive tasks—manual website availability checks every 30 minutes, batch file processing, FTP transfers, database queries and data aggregation—that pulled staff away from customer service and development work.
PSCU implemented Automate and later Automate Enterprise, using drag‑and‑drop, prebuilt actions to automate website monitoring in 20 minutes and then expand to batch jobs, file transfers, report compilation, PGP encryption, auditing and more. The automation eliminated the need for costly custom scripts and now saves over 400 hours per month (including ~350 hours in batch jobs and ~36 hours from FTP transfers), freeing staff to focus on client service and product improvements.
