Consumers Credit Union, a West Michigan financial cooperative founded in 1951 with about $1 billion in assets, nearly 100,000 members and 20 offices, needed a way to handle high-volume daytime transactions and frequent back-office loan and document changes so updates would take effect overnight without maintaining second- or third-shift staff.
