ALD Automotive Takes a Business-Wide Approach to RPA

ALD Automotive, a global fleet-management and leasing company based in the Netherlands, faced a heavy burden of repetitive manual tasks across finance, IT, sales, marketing and customer support. To streamline operations and reduce error-prone work, they partnered with Korper ICT to explore robotic process automation.

Using Korper’s expertise and Fortra’s Automate, ALD deployed bots to process Excel data, upload files, validate bank accounts for fines, automate email-to-ERP workflows, scrape web data, and integrate ERP systems with SQL/Oracle and external partners via APIs. The rollout saved hours of manual labor, reduced errors, improved IT–business collaboration, and enabled ongoing weekly bot development to continually speed and simplify processes.
