Dance, an e-mobility company focused on sustainable urban transportation, needed a more efficient way to deliver electric bikes and components to city residents while staying true to its sustainability goals. To solve this logistics challenge, Dance partnered with Forto for transport services covering shipments from Taiwan and later rail shipments from China.

Forto implemented its digital logistics platform with real-time “Moments of Truth” visibility, advanced notifications, task lists, and live chat support to help Dance track shipments, respond quickly to disruptions, and improve planning across ocean and rail freight. The partnership also supported Dance’s sustainability efforts, including transparent emissions reporting and carbon offsetting; in 2022 alone, Dance offset 78 tonnes of CO2, while Forto helped enable faster, more efficient, and greener transport operations.
