O’Reilly Auto Parts faced the challenge of integrating the distribution network of a major competitor while also expanding its own operations, all in under 24 months. The company needed help shifting from different replenishment and picking models across facilities, and it partnered with Fortna for distribution center operations, supply chain strategy, and material handling support.

Fortna led a coordinated plan that included building four new DCs, relocating one, retrofitting two, and merging two more into one while keeping operations running. The result was a fully integrated 23-facility network serving more than 3,800 stores and 120,000 products; all projects finished on time and under budget, and O’Reilly achieved daily replenishment across stores with a strong base for future growth.
