Tiderwater Finance unifies phone communications with FortiVoice

Tidewater Finance Company, a Virginia Beach–based provider of retail customer financing with a branch in Henderson, NV, needed a more flexible, unified phone system to handle high call volumes, strict regulatory recording requirements, and a growing remote workforce.
