St. Agnes’ Parish connects 25 sites with Fortinet

St. Agnes’ Parish, an Australian Catholic nonprofit providing community care and services, needed to improve its digital technology and integrate new operational devices. The organization sought to increase the overall resilience and security of its network to better support its community. Working with vendor Fortinet, they deployed a solution including Next-Generation Firewalls and Secure SD-WAN.

The solution implemented by Fortinet included FortiGate firewalls, FortiAP access points, and FortiSwitch switches connected across 25 sites via SD-WAN. Managed through FortiManager and protected by FortiGuard security services, the new infrastructure provided optimized network availability with seamless failover. Fortinet enabled St. Agnes’ Parish to achieve greater organizational flexibility, improved visibility for remediating vulnerabilities, and a streamlined rollout of new hardware, allowing them to better deliver care to their community.
