The SD‑Branch rollout dramatically boosted throughput—cutting weekly data pulls from five minutes per site to 15 seconds—reduced connectivity failures and technician travel, streamlined management, enabled faster PCI compliance, and helped the chain sustain and grow online sales during the COVID-19 pandemic.
